Spending so much time on the PC left me with severe tendon pain in my arm. It was so bad that I struggled to do basic push-ups on my knees and bicep and tricep strength training had become so painful. My therapist has worked on my arm, but combined with the supplement, my symptoms have improved by about 80%. I am officially back to doing knee push-ups pain-free and I feel so much stronger – it’s a great feeling. 💪
