My passion for health, nutrition & fitness
Hi, I’m Jackie 👋
I’ve been passionate about movement and health since I was a teenager — first through owning horses and experiencing the outdoors, later through the gym, Pilates, and nutrition. But it wasn’t always smooth sailing.

How I Got Started
In my teens I struggled with acne and gut health until I discovered the power of nutrition.
That sparked a lifelong interest that led me to study Nutritional Medicine and graduate with a BSc in 2008, all while raising two children.
Along the way I became a qualified fitness instructor, then a Pilates teacher and Personal Trainer in 2014. I’ve run successful classes for over a decade, helping women feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident in their own skin. Many of my clients have been with me since the very beginning.
Like many women, I’ve faced my own health challenges, including a recent diagnosis and treatment for DCIS. These experiences have only strengthened my belief in the importance of looking after our bodies and minds as we move through midlife and beyond.
Now, as a woman in her 50s, I know first-hand the changes and frustrations of midlife — stubborn belly fat, low energy, aching joints, or just not feeling like yourself anymore. That’s why I’ve created a supportive community focused on fitness for women over 50, combining Pilates, strength training, and mobility exercises that are safe and effective. With nutrition support designed for midlife women, this is a space where you can finally rebuild your strength, energy, and confidence — and truly thrive
That’s why I’ve created a new community designed especially for women over 50 who feel frustrated by:
** stubborn belly fat
** low energy
** loss of strength
** aches and pains
and want to regain control of their body and wellbeing safely, without extreme diets or punishing workouts.
They value evidence-based guidance, gentle accountability, and a supportive community of like-minded women who understand what it’s like to go through menopause and midlife changes.
💜 If this sounds like you, I’d love to invite you to join my new community and as it's new, you’ll be able to help me shape this new community.

MY VALUES

Exercise
I believe that exercise is fundamental to good health and really important for our wellbeing. It's also destressing and helps improve focus.

Health
I took a degree in nutritional medicine and practised as a Nutritional Therapist for 13 years, and therefore yes, health and nutrition is very close to my heart.
